Richard R. Rodriguez

 After earning his bachelors degree in Florida in 1993,
Richard attended the College of Law at Northern Illinois University receiving
his J.D. and Illinois Law License in 1997. Rick is a U.S. Navy
Veteran and a former criminal prosecutor.
Since 1997, the bulk of his practice has been dedicated to litigation in the
areas of matrimonial/family law, real estate litigation, contract disputes,
and Mediation. His early practice included substantial work
in the areas of bankruptcy law and criminal defense.
Richard is a Certified Illinois Family Law Mediator and has extensive experience
in custody disputes. His also a court
approved Guardian ad Litem and children’s advocate.
Richard is a member of the Family
Law Section of the McHenry County Bar Association and is also a member of the
Illinois State Bar Association.
