David LeSueur was admitted to the Illinois Bar in 1980 and has been a member of the firm since 1981.

Dave has over 25 years of litigation experience which includes a variety of personal injury litigation including medical malpractice and products liability claims as well as many aspects of commercial litigation including trade secrets, construction disputes and collections. Dave also handles workers compensation claims from trials to appeals. He also has a variety of transactional experience including residential and corporate real estate transactions, corporate formation, acquisitions and sales. He has extensive experience with estate planning wills, trusts and probate.

His practice is concentrated in the areas of:
